Chinese-Style Skins for CS2

Asian aesthetics have often served as a source of inspiration for skin creators, and it's no surprise: the style of Japanese and Chinese painting is unique and recognizable from afar, and there are many vivid images in mythology and history, beyond just dragons. Here are the most striking examples of Chinese-style skins in CS2.

CZ75-Auto Xiangliu

Most of the surface of the CZ75-Auto Xiangliu is covered with the image of a coiling snake body, painted in a vivid purple. This is Xiangliu – a nine-headed snake from Chinese mythology, who brought floods and destruction to the lands around him. Quite fitting for the potential of this weapon in skilled hands.

Desert Eagle Golden Koi

If you’re looking for a more minimalist option, take a look at the Desert Eagle Golden Koi. This pistol is named after the decorative koi carp, which holds great significance in Japanese and Chinese culture. Koi can symbolize vitality, perseverance, and the ability to overcome difficulties. The surface of the pistol is adorned with a shiny golden scale pattern that looks great despite its simplicity.

Dual Berettas Dualing Dragons

Of course, no collection like this would be complete without dragons. Take a look at the Dual Berettas Dualing Dragons. These twin pistols are adorned with engravings depicting coiling Eastern dragons. Small dragon emblems can also be seen on the grips.

M4A4 龍王 (Dragon King)

Another popular dragon skin is the M4A4 龍王 (Dragon King). Here, the mythical beast is depicted not as an engraving, but in a bright, multicolored design. The crimson dragon charging at the enemy against a background of blue and white water streams looks truly impressive.

Glock-18 Umbral Rabbit

Let’s move away from dragons to more peaceful creatures. This skin can truly be called a work of art: the background depicts traditional Chinese temples, clouds, and peonies, which hold great cultural significance in China as the imperial flower. The rabbit on the Glock-18 Umbral Rabbit is also no coincidence. The explanation is simple: the skin was added to the game in 2023, the Year of the Rabbit according to the Chinese calendar.

P2000 Imperial Dragon

No collection like this would be complete without the Imperial Dragon. This engraved skin looks quite sophisticated: the entire body is covered with a fiery ornament, in which the shape of a dragon can be recognized. Notably, with higher float values, the skin does not show noticeable signs of wear but instead darkens, so even cheaper options look quite decent.

M4A4 Cyber Security

The design of the M4A4 Cyber Security reminds us that Eastern-style skins aren’t just about mythology and traditional art. In keeping with its name, this skin is inspired by cyberpunk aesthetics. In fact, the characters on the body translate to "cyberpunk." At the bottom of the magazine, you can spot another inscription that simply reads "magazine." Interestingly, in the original version of the skin, the author used the wrong characters, which referred not to a weapon magazine but to a periodical (in English, "magazine" can mean both). After players pointed out the mistake, the skin creator uploaded an updated version.

AK-47 Inheritance

AK-47 Inheritance is another Chinese-style skin that stands out from the crowd. The inspiration for this design, which was added to the game in 2024, came from patterns seen in Chinese folklore. Even at low float values, you can make out small cracks on the surface, similar to those on antique porcelain. As the skin's creator mentions on its Steam page, they combined traditional Chinese patterns with those found on Dutch ceramics.

Glock-18 Dragon Tattoo

Glock-18 Dragon Tattoo is adorned with an engraving, though not as bold as that of the P2000 Imperial Dragon mentioned above. Nevertheless, the black dragon image on the light gray background will appeal to fans of minimalist skins, and if it’s lacking brightness for you, you can always add a few stickers.

P90 Emerald Dragon

Finally, we’ll mention one more "dragon" skin – the P90 Emerald Dragon. The entire surface of the skin is covered by the coiling body of an emerald-green dragon, symbolizing prosperity and renewal. If you're looking for a weapon that will bring you luck, this might be just what you need.
