We present a collection of skins clearly inspired by iconic science fiction. AK-47 Asiimov
The first association that comes to most players' minds when looking for sci-fi style skins for CS2 is the Asiimov series. It includes five items added to the game at different times. They all feature the same color scheme – orange and black accents on a gray-white background. The price range varies greatly – from the AK-47 Asiimov, which can cost several tens of thousands of rubles, to the P250, which can be found for less than a thousand. The skin series is named after the famous sci-fi writer Isaac Asimov.
Tec-9 Isaac
The creator of the Asiimov series didn’t stop with the skins that brought them the most recognition. Tec-9 Isaac, named after the same sci-fi writer, looks like a darker, more negative version of the same style. The white and orange combo is replaced by red stripes on a black-gray background. Considering the Tec-9 is only in the terrorist arsenal, this color scheme is quite fitting.
M4A1-S Mecha Industries
In a similar style, but less vibrant, is the Mecha Industries series, which includes three skins – the M4A1-S, the Desert Eagle, and the Famas. All of them are painted in matte black and metallic gray with small red accents.
Scar-20 Cyrex
Scar-20 Cyrex is part of a collection of four guns, perfect for those looking to build a sci-fi-themed inventory. Most of the body is painted black, with striking red and white elements standing out. Technical markings and symbols enhance the futuristic design.
G3SG1 Stinger
Of course, you don't have to limit yourself to the collections listed above, especially if you're looking to diversify your inventory. Among the G3SG1 skins, there aren't many bright ones, and G3SG1 Stinger is definitely the most futuristic. Yellow accents highlight the shape of the weapon, and the black finish can be nicely complemented with vibrant stickers.
PP-Bizon Osiris
Despite the reference to Egyptian myths in the name, the PP-Bizon Osiris looks quite futuristic. The color scheme is somewhat reminiscent of Asiimov but with a predominance of black, making it a perfect fit for your sci-fi inventory.
R8 Revolver Reboot
Although the revolver isn’t often seen in the game, this skin still deserves its share of attention. The creator of the R8 Revolver Reboot managed to give the gun a futuristic look that you wouldn’t expect. With detailed design, this skin would fit perfectly in any cyberpunk movie.
MP9 Airlock
It’s not uncommon for sci-fi skin creators to turn to minimalist color combinations, and the MP9 Airlock is another example. Most of the weapon is painted in white and gray, except for the red magazine and a few black elements, but the design still looks interesting thanks to detailed textures. The skin’s name, which translates to "Airlock," definitely references space travel and spacewalks.
XM1014 Black Tie
A minimalist approach was also chosen by the creator of the shotgun skin XM1014 Black Tie. The combination of black and white fits perfectly with the shape of this weapon, making it stand out among other skins.
Sawed-Off Limelight
It’s generally difficult to make a shotgun look futuristic, but some skin makers manage to pull it off to some degree. For example, Sawed-Off Limelight would fit quite well in a futuristic inventory. Acid-green wavy lines on a black background soften the shape of the weapon, making its outline appear smoother.
